Platform help

This page points you to the right places for using Kakobuy. It is written by an independent site — we do not operate Kakobuy and we do not host its help centre.

What Kakobuy is

Kakobuy is a China shopping agent. Its public homepage describes it as a Taobao, Weidian and 1688 shopping and shipping agent (homepage title observed 2026-09-17). In practice you order an item through the agent, they buy it from the marketplace seller, receive it in their warehouse, run a quality check, and forward it to you once you pay for international shipping.

For fees, shipping and after-sales, use Kakobuy's own site

Service fees, shipping methods and rates, warehouse storage time, payment options, inspection, returns and refund rules are set by Kakobuy and can change. We do not reproduce specific figures here, because publishing a number we cannot keep current would be misleading. Open the official Kakobuy website and read its own help and policy pages for the current terms before you order.

We reached the Kakobuy homepage during preparation (it returned a normal response on 2026-09-17), but we did not independently verify each of its policy pages or its current service status. Treat availability and terms as things to confirm on Kakobuy's site at the time you order.
