Source prices and approximate USD values
Each listing shows two figures: a yuan price and an approximate US dollar value. Here is exactly what they mean and what they leave out.
The yuan figure is a listing price
The ¥ CNY figure is the seller's listing price on the source marketplace, copied from the source page. It is the price of the goods only. It does not include the Kakobuy service fee, domestic shipping to the agent's warehouse, international shipping, customs duty, taxes or payment-processing charges. It is a starting number, not a total.
How the USD figure is calculated
The US$ value is an indicative conversion, shown so international readers have a rough sense of scale. It uses the European Central Bank euro reference rates published on 2026-09-17, cross-converted to give 1 CNY ≈ US$0.149086. We format it with the en-US convention and label it "approximately".
It is a reference rate, not a transaction rate. The exchange rate your card or the agent's checkout applies will differ, and it changes daily. We do not update this figure in real time, and we do not present it as a live quote.
Why it is not a checkout price
Because the yuan figure excludes fees and shipping, and the dollar figure is only an indicative conversion of that yuan figure, neither number is what you pay. The real total is decided at Kakobuy's checkout, in the currency they charge, once the service fee and the shipping quote for your parcel are added. Always confirm the amount there before paying.
When a price is missing
If a source listing had no reliable price, we would show no converted figure and point you to the source page instead of inventing a number. On this sheet every item carried a listing price, so each one shows both figures.
